1/2/2006 Count Down in Vancouver 2006We had a wonderful time !!! ∑ｄ（≧▽≦*） It was my first count down in oversea. When I was in China, I didn't have any event on New Year's Eve. I think you guys know it's not so important in China. In New Year Eve, we ate Soba!!! I hadn't eaten soba for long time, maybe 4 years...or more. Thanks Yumi～!!! You are good at cooking!!! (*´▽｀*)ノ After eating dinner, we also ate cake!!! Good choice, The King of KTV(person)!!! New Year Eve, it's a special day for Cindy and Peter. Last yaer, Peter proposed to Cindy on New Year's Eve. So They went out so that they may pass only two persons' night. I heard they had a good dinner ....and good *** (///▽//) (sorry that's my selfish imagination…） Anyway, do you know where we counted down? It was free to take bus and skytrain after p.m 5:00 on the day. So, we 3 took a skytrain and went to Surrey !!! I first time went to that far place !!! There is 3-zone. TOO FAR !!! (｡￫o￩｡) And so fun !!! It was raining cat and dog when we arrived at Surrey. So we had to use umbrella first. The atmosphere was very hot, although it was quite cold. It's because that there were many many people, (regardless of age or sex) and it had rock bands concert !!! You guys know I love love band concert!!! In addition, they were very nice!!! I recommend you guys a band is called “Hedly"!!! They are fantastic!!! One of my friends became their fan and even bought their CD. o(^-^o) Actually I also think their songs are pretty cool and interesting!!! I also have heard their song on the radio before. So we counted down with them and other many people!!! It was amazing!!! Beautiful fireworks were launched and the member of a band kissed with their girlfriends. The vocalist also kissed the MC. （*´艸｀） Everybody huged each other, kissed each other... I wanted to kiss somebody, so... I kissed Yumi!!!（*＾・^)・・・☆ｃｈｕ and we 3 huged each other. I was very impressed, so I almost cried !!!(*´▽｀*) After finishing that event I called my classmates and friends. I think they also had a good time!!! We were very very excited, and a little bit crazy, So, we didn't care even if we missed the last bus and walked to return home from Nanaimo station... Actually It was very cold !!! （×＿×；） My first New Year's Eve was wonderful !!! Thanks everybody !!! I wish we all can enjoy each life and get along with everybody!!! World peace &love Forever !!! （＊‘▽‘）＝○♡○＝(‘▽‘＊) ☆ My resolutions in 2006 ☆ ● To more exercise = to go on diet *-5kg ● To study harder = I have to use English anytime ● To be maturer and sexy = I need deeper experiences 12/31/2005 Seattle☆ I'm home～!!!ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ノ We all stayed his home for free, just like a short homestay, and he drived us and guided its downtown. So we could save money so much !!!∑ｄ（≧▽≦*) We went and saw around Fishmarket and saw 1st shop of Star backs. There were so many people. It was very exciting, and interesting!!! At night we made Kimuchi hot pot and ate, drunk veru much...really too much...。 I want to go there again !!! This time, I just spent 77U.S$ including the transportation of the round trip. Friend is always good!!! 終に。ついに、一学期を無事、

现在29日1点半，
这是我到了温哥华后第一次看的雪。
雪已经积了几厘米。
我很不喜欢冬天的寒冷，
但是一看到下雪，就有心与身体都变暖的感觉，
虽然实际的气温很底···。
.
我希望明天早晨能看到一望无际的雪原，
被雪覆盖的North Vancouver 的群山。
笑笑地打雪仗，红脸蛋的孩子们。

温哥华的天气也不会像
这么我这个脾气不太好的女子的心
变,变,变!!!
其实我的心...很容易受天气驱使。
天气不好，我的心就会....。
最近我心总有闷闷的东西。
说不清楚那是什么，为什么...。
但现在我干什么都很不甘心。
以前我没事。
因为我的身边总有他们。
他们理解我得很，
他们爱我得很
(不是男女的爱，是无偿的爱) 我难过的时侯，
他们就陪我,拥抱我,鼓励我。
我很想念他们···。
11/17/2005 The origin of Canada from the Aboriginals!Although this thinking is just based on my personal perspective, we still believe the Aboriginals are occupying an important peculiar position in Canadian society. 400 years ago, when Europeans had begun to explore Canada for the first time, the Aboriginals supported their life to help them settle down, and to become accustomed to new surroundings. If they didn’t teach them anything about their land, Europeans couldn’t overcome the wonders of nature. So you know, beginning of Thanksgiving Day is that Europeans gave thanks to Aboriginals.
Although these 3 groups are unique to each other, what is common about them is they have a deep spiritual relation with land and living things, and they strongly request for a right to have a location in Canadian society. They are contributing to Canada through their beliefs. You know, the variety of Aboriginals’ artistry and cultures; such like the small fang which are made of Inuit, a tall totem pole of first Nations, and complex patterned knitting and bread work, their own songs, etc, all of these enrich Canada. It is not only in these fields that Aboriginals contribute to Canada, but they also fought for Canada and have died in history. A lot of veterans were decorated as a war hero. Actually, the ratio of the Aboriginals who went to the war when Canada entered the war is higher than that of other groups.
Now, Canadians have a lot of laws, and associations to protect their culture and rights. The Canadian government and the nations make effort to better improve the connection with Aboriginals.
Canada would not be the same without Aboriginals! |
